All Static Rewind pieces are handmade, customized, or produced in small batches from Los Angeles.

Because many items are made-to-order or one-of-one, please allow time for production and processing before shipment.

Processing Times

• Ready-to-ship items: typically ship within 3–5 business days

• Handmade/customized items: may require 1–3 weeks depending on the piece

• Limited drops and high-demand launches may experience slightly longer processing times

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States via tracked shipping services.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size and destination.

Please Double Check Your Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit times are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.

At Static Rewind, every piece is created in small batches or as one-of-one items. Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Many of our pieces are individually sourced, altered, distressed, rhinestoned, sewn, or customized by hand, making each item part of a limited exclusive drop that cannot be restocked or recreated exactly the same.

That being said — your experience still matters to us.
