At Static Rewind, every piece is created in small batches or as one-of-one items. Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Many of our pieces are individually sourced, altered, distressed, rhinestoned, sewn, or customized by hand, making each item part of a limited exclusive drop that cannot be restocked or recreated exactly the same.

That being said — your experience still matters to us.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out. We genuinely want you to love your piece and will do our best to help make things right.
